288wan Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered user (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your"), and 288wan (hereinafter "288wan", "we", "us" or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://288wan.cam.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 288wan platform — including but not limited to its sportsbook, live casino, slots, table games, esports and instant games sections — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting customer support. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Access to and use of the 288wan Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of the User's account:

• Age: The User must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or the User's country of residence, whichever is greater. 288wan operates a strict adults-only policy and may require documentary proof of age at any time.
• Legal Capacity: The User must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to them.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: The User must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is the User's sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with their local laws.
• No Existing Exclusion: The User must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, operator-imposed exclusion or regulatory prohibition from online gambling.
• Single Account: Each User is permitted to maintain only one registered account. Creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Not Acting on Behalf of Third Parties: Users must not open accounts or place wagers on behalf of any other person or entity.

To access real-money features of the Platform, Users must complete the registration process and provide accurate, truthful and current personal information. 288wan reserves the right to verify the information provided at any stage and to request supporting documentation.

As part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 288wan may require Users to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document — a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), NICOP or passport is accepted for Pakistani nationals.
• Proof of address — a recent bank statement, utility bill or official correspondence not older than three months, bearing the User's name and residential address.
• Proof of payment method — documentation confirming ownership of the funding source used for deposits.
• A selfie or liveness verification check confirming that the individual matches the identity document provided.

Documents must be submitted exclusively through the official 288wan secure HTTPS verification portal. Users must not send sensitive identity documents via social media, unverified messaging applications or unsecured email channels. 288wan will never request password information through any channel.

288wan reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts may be placed on hold until all required documentation has been received and approved.

5.1 Deposits. All deposits to a 288wan account must be made using payment methods that are registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 288wan does not accept cash deposits. Available deposit methods, minimum deposit thresholds and processing timelines are published in the account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment options may include methods familiar to Pakistani users, including — but not limited to — bank transfers and select digital payment channels. References to payment brands such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided for contextual familiarity only. None of these providers endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with 288wan, nor do they support gambling transactions on behalf of this operator. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to the operator's current configuration and applicable regulations.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification and applicable limits. 288wan reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal request. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the account dashboard.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times. Processing times vary by payment method. 288wan aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the platform's help section, but does not guarantee specific processing durations. Delays may occur due to KYC requirements, payment provider processing schedules or technical issues.

5.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 288wan reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior written notice to the registered email address. Users can reactivate a dormant account by contacting customer support.

288wan may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other incentives to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms (e.g., a PKR 5,000 bonus at 30× requires PKR 1,50,000 in total qualifying wagers).
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, Users are restricted to a maximum bet per round or per wager as specified in the offer terms. Exceeding this limit may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute at 100%, while table games, live dealer games and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are published in the offer terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time period specified in the offer (typically 7–30 days from the date of crediting).
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated through bonus play. This cap is stated in the individual offer terms (e.g., PKR 25,000).
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on a User's account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: 288wan reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of offer terms or coordinated multi-account activity is identified.

288wan reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Users are advised to read the full terms of any offer before claiming it.

7.1 Sports Betting. All sports wagers placed on 288wan are subject to the applicable sportsbook rules published in the platform's help and rules section. Cricket markets — including PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral Pakistan series and international matches — are governed by the cricket-specific betting rules in force at the time of the event.

7.2 Settlement of Bets. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as recognised by the relevant sport's governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome, 288wan's determination shall be final, subject to a formal complaints process as described below.

7.3 Voided Bets. 288wan reserves the right to void any bet — and return the stake to the User's account — in cases of palpable error, misquoted odds, system malfunction, event cancellation or where there is reasonable evidence of irregular betting patterns.

7.4 Casino & Live Games. All casino, live dealer, slot, table game, esports and instant game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live studio mechanics as applicable. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are provided in the respective game information panels.

7.5 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or server interruption during an active gaming session, 288wan's records shall be the definitive source for determining the state of any wager at the point of the disruption. Bets in progress at the time of a platform-side failure will be settled in accordance with the outcome or, if unresolvable, voided and the stake returned.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the 288wan Platform:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Creating or operating more than one registered account (multi-accounting).
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, crawlers or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors or pricing anomalies for financial gain without reporting them to 288wan's support team.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate game or sports outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or financial crime through the Platform.
• Reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling or otherwise attempting to extract source code from the Platform's software.
• Transferring account funds to other users or accepting transfers from other users outside of formally published referral or gifting mechanisms.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, or on behalf of a resident of such a jurisdiction.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 288wan staff or other users through any communication channel.

288wan is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Users maintain control of their play. The Platform offers the following responsible gambling controls to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in PKR to restrict the amount they can transfer into their account over a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Alerts can be configured to notify Users after a pre-defined duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Users may temporarily deactivate their account for a defined period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks or longer) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their wellbeing may request full self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the selected exclusion period and will be applied as promptly as technically practicable.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts reminding Users of elapsed session time and net gaming activity are available through account settings.

To activate any of these tools, Users should navigate to the Responsible Gambling section of their account settings or contact 288wan customer support. 288wan encourages all players to gamble within their means and to seek help if gambling ceases to be an enjoyable activity.

All content on the 288wan Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, data compilations, game assets, branding and audio-visual material — is the property of 288wan or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership of any intellectual property and does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without express written consent.
• Use the 288wan brand, name, logos or trademarks in any commercial context.
• Create derivative works based on the Platform's software or content.
• Use any data mining, scraping or extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of 288wan's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the User's licence to access the Platform and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 288wan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a User's access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings arising from system outages, network failures or errors in settlement calculations, where such errors are corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Financial losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
• Data loss, account compromise or other harm resulting from a User's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by maintenance, technical upgrades or force majeure events.

288wan's total liability to any User in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in that User's account at the time the claim arises.

12.1 Termination by the User. Users may close their account at any time by submitting a written request to 288wan's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time. Any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable fees) will be returned to the User's verified payment method following satisfactory completion of KYC and any outstanding wagering commitments.

12.2 Termination or Suspension by 288wan. 288wan reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other financial crime.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Account inactivity consistent with the dormancy policy described in Section 5.4.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to restrict or terminate the account.

12.3 Consequences of Termination for Breach. Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, 288wan reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balances in the account, including real-money funds, where such forfeiture is a reasonable consequence of the confirmed breach.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 288wan is registered and licensed as an operator. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure described below shall be referred to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Complaints Procedure: Users who have a complaint relating to their account, a bet settlement or any other aspect of platform use should in the first instance contact 288wan's customer support team in writing at the contact details provided in Section 15. 288wan will acknowledge complaints within a reasonable period and aim to resolve them within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the User's satisfaction, escalation paths available through the operator's licensing framework may be pursued.

288wan reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 288wan will provide Users with reasonable prior notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or an email to the registered address.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not accept the amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may close their account in accordance with Section 12.1 above.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects when the most recent amendment was made. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations.
